Dr. Ramesh started his journey at Agricultural College Aswaraopet with a deep curiosity for sustainable farming. Decades later, he is the CEO of a multinational Agri-Tech firm revolutionizing soil health monitoring using AI and satellite imagery.
"The foundation I received at Aswaraopet wasn't just academic; it was a holistic understanding of the farmer's plight. The RAWE programs fundamentally shaped my perspective," says Dr. Kumar.
Pioneering Organic Farming Reforms

Leaving behind a lucrative corporate job, Anitha returned to her roots to establish a massive cooperative of organic farmers. Her initiative now exports premium organic produce to 15 countries and has empowered over 2,000 women farmers.
"She credits the college's extension and outreach programs for teaching her the community engagement skills necessary to build her cooperative from the ground up."
